Refund Policy

Refunds for individual sessions

​You may cancel from a scheduled session and received a refund.

Refunds will be issued from cancelled sessions as long as the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to the session and the client is not able to reschedule the session to a date within one month of the original scheduled session.

Refunds will not be issued based on results of the session. 

Refunds for group classes, memberships or subscriptions

You may cancel your membership or subscription to group classes or programs at any time.

Cancelling your membership or subscription will not warrant a refund.  Your cancellation will halt any future payments for that class or program.  Until the date of the end of your membership or subscription, you will have access to recordings and/or other resources made available to subscribers.  Once your cancellation date is passed, you will cease to have access to the recordings and resources made available through your membership or subscription.
