Move Freely 

Move Freely is a gentle movement strategy to boost your mobility, balance and freedom to move.

In Move Freely we:

  1. Identify movement habits that limit how you move (and may lead you to feel pain).

  2. Explore movement habits to move more efficiently and easily.

  3. Apply and rehearse functional movement habits in daily activities.

  4. Improve how you notice your own movement so you can continue to refine movement habits after you work with me. 

Ways to Participate:

  1. One-on-one Session 

 

For one-on-one sessions, the number of sessions needed depends on your goal(s) and availability to practice more functional movement habits each day.

I tend to recommend a 3 session package.  Learning new movement habits takes more than one session to set you up for success. 

2. Group Class

You can join in person (in Edmonton) or online.
